Nourishing Facepack

This mask is good for all skin types. All you need is 2tsp of Flax seeds, just enough water to cover it and 1 tbsp of Brewer's yeast. Allow the seeds to sit in the water until a gel is formed. (But if you are in a hurry, boil the seeds in water until the seeds burst and the gel is formed. Allow it to cool.) Next add the yeast and more water if needed to make a soft gel. Spread the mask over a clean face and allow it to dry, then rinse with tepid water.

This pack is rich is moisture and helps the skin to be hydrated. A useful pack for all skin types in winter.
